By creating an account, accessing, or using CalCalendar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Usage

CalCalendar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal or business scheduling needs.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
  • Collect user data without consent
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service

4. Appointments and Bookings

4.1 Booking Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate availability schedules. CalCalendar is not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect availability settings.

4.2 Cancellations

Users may cancel or reschedule appointments according to their own cancellation policies. CalCalendar provides the tools but does not enforce cancellation policies.

4.3 No-Show Policy

CalCalendar is not responsible for no-shows or late arrivals. Users should establish their own policies regarding missed appointments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CalCalendar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of CalCalendar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service. By using CalCalendar, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

CalCalendar offers various subscription plans. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan.

6.2 Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.

6.3 Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, CalCalendar does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalCalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CalCalendar in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CalCalendar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that may harm CalCalendar or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of CalCalendar after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CalCalendar shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
